Outstanding. Easy process from quote to install. This was by far my cheapest quote and that can sometimes indicate inferior product and/or work. I would highly recommend All American A/C of Panama City, Florida. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate them as a 10. Yes, that's correct--not a typo! I got my best quote out of 6 from All American. The installers were on time and were very professional. They covered our LVP floors and they were super careful as they dismantled my old system piece by piece as well as the new system.. They had to maneuver up and down my steps and they never touched a wall as they carefully went up and down and out with the old unit and in with the new unit. I consider the installation as important as the brand. Alston and Yuri were the installers. They were great! They are a big plus and credit to their company. Thank you for a job well done!

Needed service to a/c because of clogged water line. The technician, Nima Mohammad, arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. What makes this worthy of mention is that he then took the time and effort, even though it was the end of a normal work day, to thoroughly check and service all components of the A/C system, and stay on site until he was certain everything was running properly, so we would not have a recurrence. He obviously takes pride in doing a good job. All American is fortunate to have him as an employee.
